Generalized Integrals

The idea behind Generalized Integrals in Measure Theory is a natural consequence of limitations associated to classical improper integration in a large class of mathematical questions. In this talk we summarize some of these situations, the given historical solutions, further developments, unified approaches, and present some open problems on the subject.
