In this talk, some results obtained in Fourier Analysis using generalized integration will be shown. In this talk, some results obtained in Fourier Analysis using generalized integration will be shown. In particular, we consider the Henstock-Kurzweil integral and functions of bounded variation that vanish at infinity. The Henstock-Kurzweil integral shows qualitative differences between the Fourier Sine transform and the Fourier Cosine transform and the conditions to achieve the integrability of the sine and cosine Fourier transforms
